The Raef Technique reverses fear and eliminates limitation through love and judgment-free appreciation and recognition of the Holy Spirit’s perfection beyond our understanding.
The Raef Technique was inspired by God when He took me to Heaven and saved me from my worry, anxiety, doubt, fear, guilt, and depression following a “Permanent” Severe Traumatic Brain Injury in 1998. He tasked me to recover from the injury entirely through the power of His Holy Spirit and share my experience with of Heaven with the Human.
I was blessed with a miraculous full recovery over the course of 10 years by the grace of the Holy Spirit. From 2008 to 2010 I learned to share my experience of Heaven, working one-on-one with people from all over the world. The Raef Technique is a prayer that appreciates God’s hand in all things. Appreciation of the Holy Spirit reverses all negative, fearful emotions and makes peace with all we cannot change by releasing attachments and expectations. EFFICIENTLY! It doesn’t require multiple sessions or for you to relive hurtful experiences. This prayer is an hour-long guided focus technique that is delivered over the phone while looking in a mirror. During this process, you will be releasing your emotional backpack of everything that’s been holding you back.

Fear disrupts the microbiome in unmentionable ways and is the psychological foundation of chronic ailments and disease. When you feel fear such as judgment of self and others, worry, stress, doubt, anger, hate, anxiety, sickness, fatigue, grief, inadequacy, worthlessness, discomfort guilt, dishonesty, and self-abuse by calling yourself names like disgusting, fat, chubby, ugly, stupid, etc. you cannot feel love or success, joy, excitement, focus, gratitude, honesty, serenity, interest, hope, pride, optimal health, amusement, inspiration, and awe, etc. To experience love and success in any area of life you must diversify your microbiome and abolish fear to create room for more positive and productive emotions.
